The PTO is gearing up for the Feast of the Epiphany and are in need of many volunteers.

 

Friday, Jan 5th - Feast Day Celebration at School

10+ volunteers to assist with set up, decorating, serving and clean up from 10am-2pm (Lunch is included!)

We need 4-5 crockpots or roasting pans for the luncheon.

We are looking for about 3-4 people who would be willing to take one of the turkey breasts home to cook itj6rd on Thursday evening/Friday morning and bring back to the school Friday 10am.

 

Sunday, Jan 7th - Feast Day Celebrations at Parishes

 

  • All students and families are asked to attend mass at one of the four parishes to represent our school in full dress uniform. Students are needed to hand out Epiphany Home Blessing Kits after masses.
  •  
  • 8:30am mass at Precious Blood parish in Culpeper
  •  
    • 8:30am mass at St. Peter's parish in Rappahannock
    •  
    • 10:30am mass at Our Lady of the Blue Ridge parish in Madison
    •  
    • 10:30am mass at St. Isidore the Farmer parish in Orange
    •  
  • 2 families to attend 8:30am mass at St. Peter's parish in Rappahannock and assist the Lee Family with passing out Epiphany Home Blessing Kits to parishioners and the reception after mass
  •  
  • 3-4 families to attend 10:30am mass at St. Isidore the Farmer parish in Orange.
  •  
  • Students in full dress to pass out Epiphany Home Blessing Kits to parishioners and parents to run the reception after mass
  •  
  • 1 additional family to attend 10:30am mass at Our Lady of the Blue Ridge parish in Madison and assist the Chada and Fitzgerald families with passing out Epiphany Home Blessing Kits to parishioners and the reception after mass.
  •  
  • 2 additional families to attend 2:00pm mass at Precious Blood parish in Culpeper and assist Alpaca, Baca, and Misner families with passing out Epiphany Home Blessing Kits to parishioners and the reception after mass.
  •  
  • 3-5 people who will be needed at the 8:30am mass at Precious Blood to assist with the reception after mass.
  •  
  • Any family who cannot attend one of these masses and plans to attend one of the other masses at any of the parishes, we ask that students attend in full dress and pass out the home blessing kits after mass.
  •  

Students who are in Schola Primo, Ensemble, or assigned to serve or usher must be at the 8:30am mass at Precious Blood. If you would be willing to attend one of the other parishes, we would be most grateful!
